Meredith’s practice is focused on civil litigation; governmental entity defense; employment law; architectural, engineering and surveyor professional malpractice; construction defect; and personal injury matters. Meredith diligently defends her clients’ interests from the moment a case comes in the door until the matter is resolved, applying her business and legal experience to achieve the best resolution for each client, whether through trial, alternative dispute resolution or dispositive motions practice.
Before joining Overturf McGath &Hull, PC in 2004, Meredith worked as the Director of Latin America for the Colorado Office of Economic Development & International Trade, and as a General Manager/Business Development Manager for a global teleconferencing company. Her extensive experience in both public and private entities provides her with keen business acumen for these types of entities, which is invaluable when providing a strong defense.
Meredith is fluent in Spanish. She lived in Latin America and travels extensively, which gives her unique insights on the needs of clients and the importance of understanding varying points of view in reaching successful resolutions.
Meredith her J.D. at the University of Denver Sturm College of Law, and her Masters of International Management at the University of Denver Daniels College of Business. Meredith received her B.A. from Emory University in 1993. Meredith’s education and career background gives her a potent advantage in resolving disputes and advising her clients, especially when a favorable resolutions depend upon the ability to explain issues in simple, persuasive terms.
