Lindsey W. Jay practices primarily in the area of civil defense litigation including construction defect, employment law, professional malpractice, personal injury, and government entity defense. Lindsey’s practice prior to joining Overturf McGath & Hull, P.C. included several years in the areas of environmental law, both litigation and transactional, plaintiff's medical malpractice and personal injury litigation, probate litigation, and estate and business succession planning. Lindsey’s diverse legal experience allows her to effectively handle even the most complex cases to successfully defend her clients.
