For over 25 years, David M. Bost’s trial and litigation acumen has garnered respect from colleagues and clients alike. David has successfully represented individuals and corporations, including lawsuits involving personal injuries from motor vehicle accidents, premises liability accidents, construction accidents, product liability claims, libel and slander cases, and food-borne illness incidents. In addition to personal injury work, David’s robust practice includes defense of lawsuits involving property damages, including construction defect and product liability actions.
In keeping with the Overturf McGath & Hull belief that success is measured one client at a time, David’s personal practice philosophy includes establishing a close working relationship with each client and obtaining a successful conclusion to their case.
David received his B.A. from Colorado College in 1984 and his J.D. from the University of Denver School of Law in 1989. In law school, David was elected to serve as the Managing Editor for the Denver Journal of International Law and Policy from 1988 – 1989. During the summer of 1989, he had the privilege of attending the Hague Academy of International Law in the Netherlands. Other law school distinctions include Finalist Denver University of Law Barrister’s Cup Competition in 1988; First Place Recipient: Leonard v.B. Sutton Legal Writing Award in 1989; and University of Denver Appellate Moot Court Team from 1988-1989.
David takes his responsibility to the legal profession seriously and dedicates much of this time and effort to providing expert legal representation to clients. David inherently believes in sharing his knowledge and is a frequent speaker at the Colorado Claims Association’s annual seminar which is an accredited lecture series for insurance professionals.
